Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Contact details for the 3deoGraphy: Immersive Videography Workshop.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website checktroop.in/3deoGraphy (the "Website") and your registration for the "3deoGraphy: Immersive Videography Workshop" (the "Workshop") offered by Checktroop Services ("Checktroop Services", "we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These Terms apply to all visitors and participants ("Participants", "Learner", "you", "your"). By accessing the Website or registering for the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or register for the Workshop.
The Workshop is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly accept registrations from anyone under 18.
To register for the Workshop, you must provide your name, email address, and phone number, and complete payment of the applicable fee. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current, and for using this same email address to log in and join the Workshop on Zoom, as described in Section 3 below. The Workshop is delivered live and online via Zoom, across sessions totalling approximately four hours. Your Zoom joining link is shared with you by email and/or WhatsApp only after your payment has been confirmed by our team. To keep the Workshop secure and limited to registered Participants, entry to the Zoom session is authenticated against the email address used at registration — you must log in to Zoom with that same email address to be admitted; joining attempts from a different email address, or on behalf of someone else, may be declined entry without refund. As part of the Workshop, you will also receive practice videos, references or links to relevant tools, and a PDF of the presentation material used during the sessions, for your personal reference (together, the "Workshop Materials").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Workshop sessions and Workshop Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
This license is for your personal use only and does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access, without refund.
All content created or provided by us in connection with the Workshop — including session recordings, practice videos, presentation slides, the "Checktroop Services" and "3deoGraphy" names and logos, and the design of the Website — is owned by Checktroop Services and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such ownership to you.
Fees for the Workshop are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials on our servers. Please also refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on rescheduling and refunds.
We do not currently operate a public learner community or discussion forum. If we introduce one in the future (for example, a WhatsApp group for enrolled learners), its use will be subject to a reasonable code of conduct shared with participants at that time, and to these Terms as updated.
The Workshop and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver accurate, useful, and professionally prepared content, we do not guarantee that the Workshop will meet your specific expectations, result in any particular business or creative outcome, or be free of interruptions, technical issues, or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Checktroop Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of income or business opportunity — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Workshop or Website.
The Workshop may reference third-party software, devices, or tools. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, pricing, availability, or policies of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Website, or participation in a future Workshop after changes are posted, constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.
Your information is stored on the servers of our website hosting provider, Hostinger, and our registration form-processing service. We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the Workshop and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
If you are in India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for the "3deoGraphy: Immersive Videography Workshop" made through checktroop.in/3deoGraphy.
All payments made toward the Workshop are non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, we do not offer a cash refund — in part or in full — for any reason, including change of mind, missed sessions, or scheduling conflicts on your part.
If you are unable to attend your registered Workshop batch, you may request to move to the next available batch at no additional cost, provided you write to us at least 24 hours before the Workshop's start time. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the new batch and can be availed once per registration.
If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a Workshop batch for any reason, you will be offered a seat in the next available batch at no extra cost, or, if you would prefer not to reschedule, a full refund of the amount paid.
If you are charged more than once for the same registration, or a payment fails but an amount is still deducted from your account, please write to us with your payment reference. Once verified, such amounts will be refunded to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
Where a refund is due under this Policy, it will be processed to the original payment method used at registration, through our payment gateway. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
